We at Doc’s Bohemian Cue Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage or weakness while trying to repair your cue..
What this means is all cues are made differently with a lot of the same basic concepts. The materials will vary as the quality will also, hence the the strength from piece to piece will not all be the same. Cues are not made to be repaired, they are made to be played with, and with anything there is always a risk in having something repaired. Inferior glues, weak spots in materials, poor workmanship, and warpage are all things we do not have control over. If you send us a shaft that is straight, it will leave here straight, there is no process that is performed on a cue that is going to warp it generally. Warpage is usually caused by an uneven take on or let off of moisture in the grain, not the fact that an individual had there shaft cleaned etc.
If in the event that damage is caused by us due to a mistake the damage will be repaired back to the condition that the cue was received in, in some cases the cue will be in better condition than recieved in. The customer will still be liable for the cost of the initial repair, there are no exceptions in this case except for special circumstances.
